Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a Ninja Creami pint container, combine the milk, orange juice, vanilla extract, and protein powder. Use an immersion blender to mix until smooth. If unavailable, whisk vigorously in a larger container to avoid clumps.
  2. Freeze: Cover the pint container with its lid and freeze upright on a level surface for at least 8 hours or overnight until fully solid.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami: Insert the frozen pint into your Ninja Creami machine and process using the “Lite Ice Cream” setting. If the texture is crumbly after processing, add a splash of milk or orange juice and re-spin until creamy.
