Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and cherry pie filling. Stir until sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth with visible cherry chunks.
  2. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the max fill line. Seal and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process: Remove the pint from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami machine. Press the “Ice Cream” button and let it process for about 2 minutes.
  4. Adjust Texture (if needed): If crumbly, use the “Re-spin” function. For extra creaminess, add a tablespoon of milk before respinning.
  5. Add Mix-ins: Create a small well in the center of the ice cream and fill with brownie chunks or chocolate chips. Use the “Mix-In” setting to incorporate evenly.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
