This refreshing Ninja Creami Watermelon Lemonade Sorbet combines the natural sweetness of watermelon with the tangy zest of lemonade, creating the ultimate summer treat. Perfectly smooth and easy to make, it’s a crowd-pleaser for hot days!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ¾2 cups watermelon puree (from fresh, seedless watermelon)
  • 2 tablespoons lemonade drink mix (pink or yellow)
  • 23 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Watermelon Puree: Blend fresh, seedless watermelon chunks until smooth. Measure out 1 ¾–2 cups of puree.
  2. Add Lemonade Mix: Stir in 2 tablespoons of lemonade drink mix and pulse the blender to combine.
  3. Sweeten to Taste: Add 2–3 tablespoons of sugar, blending until dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed, keeping in mind freezing dulls sweetness slightly.
  4. Freeze Mixture: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the max fill line. Seal the lid and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
  5. Process in Ninja Creami: Remove the frozen pint, place it in the Ninja Creami machine, and use the “Sorbet” setting to process. If crumbly, scrape down the sides and use the “Re-spin” function for a smoother texture.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Scoop into bowls or glasses and garnish with mint leaves or small watermelon wedges if desired.
