  • 1 ¾ cups vanilla protein shake (e.g., FairLife)
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 4 tablespoons Jell-O instant pumpkin spice pudding mix

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the protein shake, pumpkin puree, and pudding mix until smooth and fully combined. Ensure the pudding mix dissolves completely.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the max fill line. Secure the lid and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
  3. Once frozen, remove the pint lid and place the container into the Ninja Creami’s outer bowl. Secure the outer bowl lid and lock it into the machine. Select the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
  4. After processing, check the texture. If it’s powdery or crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons of liquid (protein shake, milk, or water) and press “Re-spin” until creamy.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
