Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base: In a blender, combine milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth and well-mixed.
  2. Combine with Cream: Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Add heavy cream and whisk gently until fully combined.
  3. Freeze: Cover the pint container with its lid and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
  4. Process in Ninja Creami: Remove the pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the outer bowl of your Ninja Creami machine. Lock it in place and press the “Ice Cream” button. Let the machine churn until smooth.
  5. Re-spin if Needed: If the texture is crumbly after processing, press “Re-spin.” For extra creaminess, add a tablespoon of milk before re-spinning.
  6. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy! Add whipped cream or caramel drizzle for an extra treat.
