  • 2 tablespoons pistachio instant pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In the Ninja Creami pint container, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, pistachio pudding mix, and almond extract until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Freeze: Secure the lid on the pint container and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours. Ensure the mixture is completely solid before processing.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami: Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Ice Cream” function. Process until smooth and creamy. If crumbly, add a splash of milk and use the “Re-spin” function.
  4. Serve & Garnish: Scoop into bowls or cones and top with chopped pistachios if desired. Enjoy immediately!
