A creamy, refreshing twist on a classic flavor! This Peaches and Cream Oatmeal Gelato combines the comforting taste of oatmeal with the sweetness of peaches, all made effortlessly in the Ninja Creami. Perfect as a light dessert or a fun breakfast treat!

Ingredients

Scale

Ice Cream Base:

  • 8 fl oz hot water
  • 2 packets instant peaches and cream oatmeal (1.05 oz each)
  • ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 4 fl oz whole milk

Mix-Ins:

  • ¼ cup canned sliced peaches (drained, cut into quarters)

Optional:

  • 12 tbsp reserved peach juice (from canned peaches)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
In a small bowl, mix the oatmeal with hot water and let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken and cool. Once cooled, blend it with yogurt and milk until smooth.
  2. Freeze:
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Tap to remove air bubbles, then freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami:
After freezing, level off any bumps on the surface using a warm spoon or vegetable peeler. Place the pint in the Ninja Creami machine and process using the “Ice Cream” function.
  4. Adjust Consistency (if needed):
If crumbly or dry, add 1–2 tbsp peach juice to the center and re-spin until creamy.
  5. Add Mix-Ins:
Create a small well in the center of the gelato, add the quartered peach slices, and process using the “Mix-In” function.
  6. Serve:
Scoop out your gelato and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Serving Suggestions:

Serve in chilled bowls or waffle cones. Garnish with fresh peach slices or whipped cream for extra flair.

Tips & Tricks:

  • Use instant oatmeal for smoother blending; traditional oats may affect texture.
  • For leftovers, re-spin in the Ninja Creami before serving to restore creaminess.

Storage & Reheating:

Store leftovers in the pint container with a tight lid for up to one week. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping if frozen solid.
