A refreshing and creamy mango sorbet made effortlessly with the Ninja Creami. Perfect for hot days or as a light, dairy-free dessert, this recipe uses canned mangoes for convenience while delivering tropical flavor in every bite.

  • 15 oz can diced mangoes (packed in light syrup)
  • Optional: Sweetener to taste (sugar, honey, maple syrup, or monk fruit sweetener)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: Pour the canned mangoes and syrup into a Ninja Creami pint container. Stir in sweetener if desired, ensuring not to exceed the max fill line.
  2. Freeze: Secure the lid and freeze the container on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process: Remove the frozen pint from the freezer. Place it into the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Sorbet” function. Let it process until smooth.
  4. Adjust Texture (Optional): If crumbly, use the “Re-spin” function to achieve a creamier consistency. Add a splash of juice or syrup during re-spin if needed.
  5. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
