  • 1¾ cups Fairlife Whole Milk (or any whole milk)
  • 3 tablespoons Jell-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Torani Peach Syrup (sugar-free optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Georgia Peach Flavored Whiskey (optional; replace with extra peach syrup if needed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    In a Ninja Creami pint container, combine milk, pudding mix, peach syrup, and whiskey. Whisk thoroughly for 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Freeze the Base:
    Secure the lid on the pint container and place it on a flat surface in your freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami:
    After freezing, remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit for 3–5 minutes. Place it into the Ninja Creami machine, lock it in place, and select the “Gelato” function.
  4. Serve and Enjoy:
    Scoop out your creamy Lemon Peach Ice Cream into bowls or cones. Garnish with fresh peach slices or mint if desired.
