This Ninja Creami Kiwi Sorbet is a vibrant, tangy-sweet frozen treat made with fresh kiwis. Perfect for summer or any time you crave a light and fruity dessert, it’s easy to make and bursting with natural flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 810 ripe kiwis (about 1 ¾ cups puree)
  • ¼ to ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Kiwi Puree: Peel and chop the kiwis. Blend them in a food processor or blender until smooth, yielding about 1 ¾ cups of puree.
  2. Sweeten the Mixture: Stir in granulated sugar, starting with ¼ cup and adding more if needed. Optionally, mix in lime juice for a zesty kick. Taste and adjust sweetness as frozen sorbet will taste less sweet.
  3. Freeze the Base: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the max fill line. Cover tightly and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
  4. Process in Ninja Creami: Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine, lock it in place, and select the “Sorbet” function. If crumbly, re-spin until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop into bowls or cones and serve immediately.
