Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in blue food coloring until evenly combined.
  2. Freeze the Mixture: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the max fill line. Secure the lid and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami: Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the “Ice Cream” setting and let it process. If crumbly, use the “Re-spin” function to achieve a creamy texture.
  4. Add Mix-ins: Create a well in the center of the ice cream using a spoon or knife. Add half of the chopped cookies and all of the mini chocolate chips to the well. Use the “Mix-in” function to blend them evenly.
  5. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and garnish with remaining cookie pieces for extra crunch and visual appeal. Enjoy immediately!
