This Ninja Creami Cherry Pie Sorbet is a sweet, tangy, and refreshing frozen treat inspired by the classic cherry pie. Made with just one main ingredient and optional mix-ins, it’s quick to prepare and perfect for satisfying dessert cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 21-ounce can of cherry pie filling
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped graham crackers (for mix-ins or topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Scoop the cherry pie filling into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the max fill line. Smooth the top with a spoon for even freezing.
  2. Freeze: Secure the lid and freeze the pint on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami: Remove the pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the outer bowl. Lock it into your Ninja Creami machine and select the “Sorbet” function. Let it process for about 2 minutes.
  4. Check Texture: If the sorbet is crumbly after processing, add a tablespoon of water and use the “Re-spin” function until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add Mix-Ins (Optional): Create a small well in the center of the sorbet and add chopped graham crackers. Use the “Mix-In” function or sprinkle them on top before serving.
