This Cherry Limeade Sorbet is a refreshing, tangy treat that combines the sweetness of cherries with the zesty kick of fresh lime. Made with just three ingredients and processed in the Ninja Creami, it’s dairy-free, vibrant, and perfect for hot summer days or any time you crave a fruity dessert.

Ingredients

  • 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 23 limes)
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime zest (from 2 limes)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a Ninja Creami pint container, stir together the cherry pie filling and lime juice until smooth. Mix in the lime zest evenly. Ensure you don’t exceed the max fill line.
  2. Freeze: Cover the pint container with its lid and place it on a level surface in your freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours until completely solid.
  3. Process: Remove the lid and place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami’s outer bowl. Lock it into the machine and select the “Sorbet” setting.
  4. Re-spin if Needed: If the sorbet looks crumbly after processing, add a teaspoon of water or lime juice and select “Re-spin” for a smoother texture.
  5. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones, garnish with lime slices if desired, and enjoy immediately!
