  • 1/4 cup milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    In a Ninja Creami pint container, combine the protein shake, milk, vanilla extract, and pudding mix. Whisk thoroughly until the pudding mix dissolves completely.
  2. Freeze:
    Secure the lid on the container and place it on a flat surface in your freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Spin in Ninja Creami:
    Remove the pint from the freezer and take off the lid. Place it into the Ninja Creami’s outer bowl, secure the lid, and lock it into the machine. Select the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
  4. Adjust Texture if Needed:
    If the ice cream is crumbly after spinning, press “Re-spin.” For extra creaminess, add 1 tablespoon of milk and spin again.
  5. Serve & Enjoy:
    Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
