  • 1 cup milk (whole milk recommended)
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla instant pudding mix (Jell-O brand)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted and cooled

Mix-In:

  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans

Optional Additions:

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for deeper flavor)
  • 1 tsp butter extract (for extra buttery notes)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, powdered sugar, pudding mix, and melted butter until smooth. Stir in optional extracts if desired.
  2. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami: Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and place it into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami machine. Attach the paddle lid and select the “Ice Cream” function. Let it process for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  4. Add Pecans: Use a spoon to create a small crater in the center of the ice cream and add chopped pecans. Return to the machine and select “Mix-In” mode to evenly distribute them throughout the ice cream.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Scoop out your creamy Butter Pecan Ice Cream into bowls or cones. Garnish with extra pecans or caramel sauce if desired and serve immediately!
