Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Little Debbie brownie (chopped)
  • 2 chocolate chip cookies (broken into pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon caramel chips
  • 1 tablespoon Skor chips (or toffee bits)
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ice Cream Base

  • Microwave the cream cheese for about 10 seconds to soften.
  • In a blender or mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and fully combined.

Step 2: Freeze

  • Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. For a smooth surface, freeze without the lid on a level surface for at least 24 hours at -7°F to 9°F.

Step 3: Process

  • After freezing, place the pint in the Ninja Creami outer bowl and process on the “ICE CREAM” setting. If crumbly, add a tablespoon of milk and re-spin until smooth.

Step 4: Add Mix-ins

  • Make a well in the center of the ice cream and add chopped brownie pieces, cookie chunks, caramel chips, Skor chips, and caramel syrup. Process on “MIX-IN” mode.

Step 5: Serve

  • Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
