This Apple Cinnamon Sorbet is a refreshing twist on classic fall flavors. Sweet apples, warm cinnamon, and a touch of honey come together to create a creamy, dairy-free dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. Made with the Ninja Creami, this recipe is easy to prepare and bursting with cozy, spiced goodness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the Apples: In a medium saucepan, combine chopped apples, apple juice, and honey. Cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are soft and tender. Let cool slightly.
  2. Blend the Mixture: Transfer the cooked apples to a blender or food processor. Add lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Chill the Base: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container (or any freezer-safe container). Cover tightly and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. Process in Ninja Creami: Place the frozen base into the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Sorbet” setting. Use the “Re-spin” option if needed for a creamier texture.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Scoop into bowls or glasses, garnish with extra cinnamon or apple slices if desired, and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Serving Suggestions:

  • Pair with oatmeal cookies or drizzle with caramel sauce for an indulgent treat.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves or candied nuts for elegance.

Tips & Tricks:

  • Use sweeter apple varieties like Honeycrisp for a naturally sweeter sorbet.
  • If the texture isn’t creamy enough after processing, re-spin in the Ninja Creami.

Storage & Reheating:

  • Store leftovers in the Ninja Creami pint container in the freezer for up to one week. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving again or re-spin if it hardens too much.
