Ingredients

Scale

For the Waffle Bowl:

  • 4 waffle bowls (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoothness)

For the Ice Cream:

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 2 scoops strawberry ice cream (or other flavors as preferred)

Toppings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup strawberry syrup
  • ¼ cup grated chocolate or shavings
  • ¼ cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 810 chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Mix in coconut oil if using.
  2. Prep the Waffle Bowls: Dip the rims of the waffle bowls into the melted chocolate. Let any excess drip off. Optionally, drizzle some chocolate inside the bowls too. Place the bowls on parchment paper and refrigerate for 5–10 minutes until set.
  3. Assemble the Sundaes:
  • Place a chocolate-dipped waffle bowl on a dessert plate.
  • Add one scoop each of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream.
  • Drizzle generously with chocolate and strawberry syrup.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Finish with grated chocolate, sprinkles, and a few chunks of chocolate for extra texture.

Repeat for the remaining bowls and serve immediately!
