Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Combine the cottage cheese and blueberries in a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no visible chunks.
- Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the blended mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or small paper cups. Fill each mold about ¾ full to allow for expansion during freezing.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
